I'm glad your first training session went well :) I guess when it comes to fitting everything in it depends on how much time you have.  Not sure if this helps but... i'm about to do a presentation for our ICT Cluster conference and I had heaps more info then I could fit into 55 minutes and still do everything justice.  I created a wiki on wikispaces and put alot of my info and links up there.  It's still a work in progress, and obviously, being a wiki, can be interacted with, etc.  I'm giving each participant a slip with the wiki address on, as well as my gmail and skype contact in case they want to know anything else.
