He has created his blog to track and discuss his ideas about the implementation of the 1 to 1 laptop initiative. The blog tells the story of what they’ve done to get the money to buy MacBooks for each of their primary students.  What an awesome adventure!

It’s amazing what you pick up while your wondering from School to school. http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/images/promos/4_11/starship_rocket.gif

Here is a link to a useful Interactive, educational games area …. If that’s your thing!

Here’s another from the BBC. … They both may be oldies, but their goodies!

Here’s my Del.icio.us links, worth looking through too, perhaps.

Suppliers for  hospitals are also harnessing the power of web. Check this link out and imagine yourself as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist assessing and reviewing the needs of a client and being able to access this. No shipping costs, no overheads until the decision has been reached and the order placed.

This foam was a result of the storms around 30 July 2008. This picture does not do it justice but cars were disappearing into the foam. mothers were taking pics of primary kids with only their heads visible.

With Will Richardson joining ULearn with Sheryl Nussbaum-Beach this year now is as good a time to begin following him if you don’t already.

He has just flagged up a discussion he is having with Curt Bonk on his Ustream at 2pm (Wed) EST… What time is that in New Zealand?…. Wee small hours of Thursday morning I’d bet. Anyway, if you’re up check it out. His post with all the details is here . Here’s hoping I’m awake!
